Justin Resulovic

Senior Associate

Family breakdowns and domestic violence matters are among the most personal and difficult challenges a person can face, and Justin approaches every one of them with genuine care.

He takes the time to listen, to understand your story, and to learn what truly matters to you before mapping out a strategy that fits your life and your family.

Family law sits at the heart of Justin's practice, and it is where his experience runs deepest. He has guided clients across Brisbane, the Ipswich and Toowoomba region, and as far north as Townsville through property settlements, parenting arrangements, and the practical and emotional complexities of separation. Justin understands that these matters are rarely just legal disputes as they involve children, homes, and your and your family future. Justin brings both a clear strategic mind and genuine compassion to every negotiation, mediation, and courtroom appearance, always working toward outcomes that protect what matters most to his clients.

Property, parenting and Domestic violence matters demand a particular kind of trust, and Justin has built his reputation on being the advocate people can rely on in these moments. Clients across South East Queensland and North Queensland turn to Justin because he treats their legal interests, safety and dignity as the priority, while pursuing the clearest and most effective path through a stressful and often frightening process.

Beyond family law and domestic violence, Justin’s practice reflects a rare breadth of knowledge that
makes him a genuinely versatile and trustworthy advisor. He is well versed in criminal law and
alternative dispute resolution, and assists clients with lease agreement reviews, work license and special hardship applications, and reviewing the real estate agreements for the purchase of house and land. This is underpinned by a strong academic foundation having a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from QUT, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland, a Master of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Hotel Management from Griffith University combined together with fluency in six languages and years of real estate consulting experience across residential, commercial, and business
sales. It is this combination of legal precision, commercial insight, and cultural fluency that allows Justin to see the full picture of a client's situation, not just the legal issue in front of him.

What ultimately sets Justin apart is the trust he builds with every client he represents. Fiercely capable, genuinely compassionate, and always focused on the best outcome for the client, he combines
empathy with grit and a strategic mind, giving clients confidence that their matter, whether in family law, domestic violence, criminal law or any of his other areas of practice is being handled with skill, integrity, and care.
